3. Property Access & Client Responsibilities
For any scheduled service or on-site estimate:
• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and designated work areas.
• Clients are responsible for identifying and notifying us of any underground utilities, private lines, irrigation heads, or hidden hazards prior to the start of work unless locating services are explicitly included in the project agreement.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Conditions
Landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal are inherently weather-dependent. Supreme Landscaping Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, frozen ground conditions, safety hazards, equipment breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is the property of Supreme Landscaping Services or its content creators and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.
